During your initial consultation we will begin by learning more about you and your health history, discuss your current healthcare goals, and create a treatment plan which may include acupressure, massage techniques, customized herbal or supplement recommendations, and dietary and lifestyle suggestions.

Virtual follow-up
We continue our journey together by checking in and making adjustments to your treatment plan as necessary to maintain your health and wellness goals.
