Welcome to Espiritu Acupuncture & Wellness
At Espiritu Acupuncture & Wellness, our goal is to help you live life to its fullest potential. Using the ancient modalities of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we can help restore your body's natural healing abilities by reinstating balance and strengthening your body's defense mechanisms. The body seeks balance and when an imbalance occurs, disease can take over. TCM seeks to treat the root cause to the disease and not just the manifesting symptoms. Acknowledging the intricate balance between mind, body and environment, a fully individualized health plan will be tailored to you to support your healing process.
We believe that an integrative approach to medicine is the best available healthcare, and that many conditions can be treated successfully using a combination of both Eastern and Western therapies. We offer both Chinese herbs, as well as a wide array of Western supplements to meet each patient's needs.
We look forward to being a part of your journey in achieving optimal health, wellness and vitality.

Acupuncture is an ancient medicine that involves the insertion of fine, sterile stainless steel needles into specific points throughout the body activating the body's own natural healing response. Acupuncture can be used to treat a full spectrum of conditions from depression to rheumatoid arthritis.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a suction therapy used to pull stagnant blood and fluids (pain) from the deeper levels of the body to the surface. Once at the superficial layer, the body is better able to remove toxic build up and bring freshly oxygenated blood to the area to restore proper flow. Cupping is commonly used for musculoskeletal pain, but can also be used over the lungs to combat early symptoms of the common cold and help with expectoration of phlegm.
